Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Baylasan, we are committed to providing a premium and transparent shopping experience. We ensure your orders are processed and delivered according to the highest standards:
Delivery Timeframes:
Within Riyadh: Orders are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days.
Other KSA Cities: Orders to all other cities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are delivered within a maximum of 6 business days.
GCC Countries (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar): Orders are delivered within a maximum of 9 business days.
Important Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Friday & Saturday) or during official public holidays.
Shipping Rates:
Within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA): A shipping fee of SAR 25 applies to orders under SAR 160. Shipping is completely free for orders of SAR 160 and above.
To GCC Countries (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar): A shipping fee of SAR 60 applies to orders under SAR 390. Shipping is completely free for orders of SAR 390 and above.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority. All returns and exchanges are governed by the following strict terms to guarantee a fair process:
Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date the order was delivered.
Product Condition: The item must be in its absolute original, unused, and undamaged condition, enclosed in its original premium packaging with all accessories and original brand tags attached.
Step-by-Step Return Procedure:
The customer must initiate the request by contacting our customer service team via the contact methods listed at the bottom of this page (WhatsApp or Email).
The Baylasan team will review the request, generate/print the digital return shipping label, and send it to the customer.
The customer must print the received return label, attach it securely to the package, and drop off the shipment at the nearest office of the designated shipping carrier.
Return Fees (Change of Mind / Standard Returns):
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind or size selection), return fees will be deducted from the refund total as follows:
Domestic Orders (Within KSA): A fee of SAR 26 will be deducted.
International Orders (GCC Countries): A fee of SAR 60 will be deducted.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, Baylasan will cover 100% of the return shipping and replacement costs. A full refund or replacement will be issued without any deductions or additional fees.
Refund Policy
Electronic Payments (Credit Cards / Mada / Apple Pay): Refunds are automatically credited back to the exact same card or payment account used during the checkout process. The transaction typically takes 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending entirely on your local bank’s policies.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, our customer service team will contact the customer immediately after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be processed via direct bank transfer to the customer’s bank account or issued as "Store Credit" for future purchases, based strictly on the customer’s explicit preference.
Exempted & Non-Returnable Products:
Due to the delicate nature, exclusivity, and strict quality control standards of luxury items, (Evening Handbags) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales for evening handbags are final and excluded from the 7-day return window, unless the item is delivered damaged or with a proven manufacturing defect.
